They say service sells well it sure does ! We ended up buying 2 CX5 Mazda's and we love them ! Thank you for a great customer experience ! Gabriele and Zak were extremely good to deal with. Not pushy at all and made the process of buying my first ever Mazda simple. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return to them in the future. Service Department is very efficient. Couldn’t fault anything about this dealership and I’ve dealt with many over the years!
My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 4 years and will be back to Bayswater Mazda when we purchase future new vehicles. Sales department was awesome and answered any and all questions I had and kept me updated during the whole purchase. The sales department has improved greatly since being run by Matt and can’t fault his great customer service.
The service team are always friendly and all items of the service fully explained. The car has also always been returned washed and vacuumed looking like new. The level of service at Bayswater Mazda reinforces my decision to buy my car from there and always have it serviced there. Thank you to the team.
They do charge more than your average local mechanic, however works and service are amazing Ross and Amy are very polite and helpful. Did an injector cleaning and now car run smoother and zippier. Overlall really happy with everything.
Sale of the vehicle went smoothly however that’s where it ends. Vehicle has a few issues which were supposed to be rectified. The staff kept forgetting to order the parts so when I came to bring it in they said I would have to wait another week. This happened on multiple occasions. Communication from servicing staff is lacking. Last time I took it in for service the car was filthy when I picked it up. Once the warranty is up there is no way I would take it back here.
I purchased my car through Lucas and his service was 5 stars. Very polite and hard working.
