Be very wary. In our experience, you are charged Champaign fees for average coaching, service and communication. Call around and do your research. I wish we did. There are far better run clubs with better facilities and coaches in the area who charge similar fees but may have more flexible options and the communication from coach to parent is far greater. Our children have developed and improved significantly since we moved on.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE These people are a disgrace to the great community that exists in the Peninsula. Be very careful signing up as there is small print that makes you pay for the next term even if your child does not turn up. We had two lessons and decided not to continue, could not get a hold of someone as the contact had left the club and then received a bill for 430. Not once did they call to check if my daughter was OK as she had not turned up. They simply waited and then stung us with the bill. When I complained and disagreed with the person that called me she complained that she felt threatened and said my behaviour was threatening and they would be contacting the police if i call again and then sent my bill to a debt collection agency without even entering into a discussion around what is right or wrong with the bill. Why have people calling to collect money that cannot handle a disgruntled customer. I did not swear or use any threatening language, I was simply annoyed at the FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY dollar bill that you charged me for dong absolutely nothing. In the service industry people tend to get annoyed when you do unreasonable things to them so I suggest you teach your staff some conflict resolution. The contract is clearly designed to catch out busy parents that cannot afford a solicitor to fight the scummy clauses in there - money grabbing exercise. This club and it practices disgust me and it makes me feel sick to think I allowed my daughter to go here for any length of time.
