Went in to get a battery for my car today, I can’t remember who we spoke with but it was the most pleasant interaction I have had with someone in customer service. So incredibly lovely and helpful and provided us with information.
What a great business, Steve has gone above and beyond to deliver a 6 volt battery for our restored VW beetle and also supplied the electrical gear required to get the car road worthy. Absolute sound advice and friendly patient service. Would highly recommend these boys
I can’t recommend these guys enough. I had gone to super cheap auto a couple weeks before and received possibly the worst customer service in my life. Went to these guys yesterday, and their professionalism and generosity was really quite outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but to the gentleman who helped me and my mum fix the toy car, thank you so much! My nephews loved it. Will be recommending to all friends and family who need a battery sorted!
Finding myself stuck at the doctors with a car that wouldn't start/hold charge, was just the cherry on top of a shockingly unlucky few weeks. With Steve's help it was easily handled though, and their mobile service meant I just had to sit and hold tight. Steve is impeccably mannered and professional, even insisting I sit in the car and stay dry while he tinkered in the rain. Tests were done on the battery and alternator to ensure I was getting the service I actually needed, and because my vehicle could have potentially taken two different batteries types, he had both on hand just in case. I feel very well taken care of and am glad I called BatteryWorld Melton over other businesses.

Outstanding service by Mark and his young assistant. Went in with an Audi Q7 and these guys took the time gave us options and then did the install. Answered questions and explained everything. Amazing service - Thank you. Going to be coming back again.
