Ordered a motorcycle battery. Had some issues with stock and then postage but the customer service was top notch and they rectified the issues as quick as feasibly possible, particularly when fault wasn’t theirs and was out of their hands. Great price and service. Highly recommend

So I ordered a lithium motorcycle battery and then discovered it would not be strong enough for the job on my older bevel Ducati, no problem! the guys at Battery Specialists (Brad) saw no trouble in changing the order, the delivery time was under question with the new special battery so I continued my search and found the last one in Australia. I was concerned I was locked into my purchase with BS, but again no problems, the guys immediately refunded my original purchase price so I could obtain the one in Sydney sooner. Terrific people to deal with, courteous and obliging. Highly recommended online retailer, I couldn't be more impressed, so a BIG thumbs up to Brad and the team.

They're decent enough, but would advise you to use their click and collect on the website as their eftpost machine doesn't work on site.
I've had a great experience with this company on multiple occasions. Customer service is second to none. The batteries that I have ordered arrived the next business day (even during the madness of covid), and when there was a delay due to a back order, I was notified immediately and kept up to date with the progress. Once it was available from the supplier it was couried to me immediately. Thanks again Leeona and the team for the great customer service.
