I rent house from Rock for one year and it is excellent and amazing experience! 1. They have their own team to fix or repair things for tenant and it does immediately. 2. Their team members Brittany and Kelly are really patient , polite and hard work! 3. Rock goes through tenant application very quick and they do help me a lot in last year. 4. They reply emails quickly. Great team in Hobart! They are worth 5 stars!

We recently got a property to live, through Rock properties Hobart, Our agent Melanie did a fantastic job, from showing us the property, to finalising our application and handing over the keys. In those time we dealt with her, she was always polite, truthful and punctual. I would highly recommend her and surely going back to her in future.

The property manager Melanie is fantastic, really helpful for Rock Property tenants. Since she works for Rock Property, lots of things changed because of her efforts. As a tenant, I feel like someone cares about our feelings, whenever you have any concerns, she is the first one to appear to effectively sort out the issues immediately!
