Booked our broken down car in there as it was the closest dealer for Nissan. Sat there in their yard for a week and did nothing was told by the service adviser Joe all sorts of stories and lies. Joe gave me a bad feeling that they weren’t going to do the right thing by the customer. End up sending it to our usual dealer and had diagnosed the fault in a couple of hours and parts already on their way. The service manager was supposed to call me back in reference to the extremely bad customer service and lack of care and not listening to my issue but never called. Definitely not recommend this mob untrustworthy and very poor customer service.

Good service and friendly staff
Got a quote on a vehicle today. Told them Mitsubishi was thier competitors. Told to contact if Mitsubishi was less. I said they were and asked if they could match. Told to call them when ready will then give adjusted price. So no actual pricetoday. Not happy.

The staff have gone out the way to help solve our situation, particularly Adam in the service department and Brooke who does the financial side of things. Extremely happy with the efforts they made.
Extremely poor experience. I recently had my cars' 160,000km service completed at Bathurst Nissan. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I informed staff of a screech like noise when turning left. After paying 830 for a service (with no extra costs encountered) I was told the staff didn't "have time" to look into the noise. I was then told I would need to book it in again to have this investigated. Later that week, I was contacted by Nissan Bathurst where they enquired when I'd be booking my car in next to get the bushes and tyres replaced. I explained my previous poor experience and the 'customer service rep' said she would arrange a follow up with her manager the next day, still haven't heard a thing.
