Elders Nicoll and Ireland have managed numerous properties on my behalf over the years and absolutely would not go anywhere else. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and please don’t deal with them. This type of real estate agent should learn a lesson based on how they treated their clients.
Never returned calls
The property management team are nasty, deceptive, and on a power trip. This real estate do things against professional codes of conduct and do them to multiple people. Terrible real estate.
Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional real estate agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. The staff are incompetent, and the senior property manager Michelle is a nasty piece of work. Ended up taking them to tribunal and won. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs.
They do deserve 0 in 100 star. Worst real state I have ever deal with. They used all my bond to clean up and this and that, didn’t even told me for 3 month about it. The property we clean up like heaven but the way they told us we left it like a hell. Never ever go with this real state. They use you and your money as much they can.
Terrible. Long term tenant, never had a bad record or any complaints yet felt the landlord and them made up an excuse cause we had small children and they didn't want us living there and evicted us based on that. We were just given notice to vacate based on no real reason though others living there weren't given an eviction notice and we felt we were predijuced because we had young children. The landlord even admitted to me the place wasn't child friendly, but at the end of the day that's my decision as a parent to determine whether a place is safe or not and it was safe and secure for my children and myself and that's what I liked about it. The lease agreement never said we could not have small children there it just felt we were discriminated against based on the fact we had children when we weren't given a legitimate reason but being told over the phone it was nothing we had done and we were good tenants .
I moved into Bathurst from Sydney so was unaware of Elders reputation. I signed a lease on the condition that the place be professionally cleaned as it was filthy. This was not done and again I requested it to be cleaned when I moved in and the property manager Michelle completely ignored my request. I was charged over 130 in fees during my stay. On leaving the premise they made it extremely uncomfortable for me and caused me alot of anxiety due to poor communication via the receptionist. The property managers refused to help in any way. Overall, renting through Elders was a huge mistake and caused me alot of stress and drama. AVOID at all costs
