Absolutely amazing staff, always friendly and very helpful. Needed a warranty job done on a mouse today, and the manager was kind enough to upgrade my mouse at no extra cost to save me the hassle of waiting for a new mouse to be delivered. Service like this that really makes the customers come back. Thankyou so much EB games.

Worst eb ever, VERY rude to my face and heard unacceptable comments about other customers behind their backs. If you value Hardcore lib-t culture, racial judgment and people talking about you after you leave. This is the scam, I mean store for you. BTW they do NOT re-surface pre owned discs before selling to you. But will tell you to your face they do.
