Not only do staff prefer to stand around having their own private conversations rather then serve customers, when you do get served there is a complete lack of knowledge about product location and information, wasting value customer time. The only useful help I have ever been given is that of a complete stranger who luckily for me was a tradie and knew his stuff!!!

went to buy plywood at 4pm 1) they didnt have in stock the ply sheet advertised. 2) it took 40 min for someone to get some other plywood sheets with the forklift. 3) whilst paying, someone closed the car access. 4) asked everyone I could find in the store to let me out. No one would and just said they pages someone. 5) 5:30, I tried calling the store to maybe get someone else to help. No one came. 6) no one came until 5:45pm. 7) the people that came thought it was funny. Didn't even occur to say sorry. WORST STORE EVER next time I'll call the local newspaper and make a story of it.
