This would be one of the best Visitor Information Centres I have been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady that served us was extremely knowledgeable and went well above what would be expected.

Lots of information about Bathurst and the surrounding area, food, drink, places to eat, museums and a motor racing track all waiting for you to enjoy.
The portable toilets are FERRAL, to the point my kids blunt-refused to use them.... other than that, lovely spot to stop for a stretch and rest
The staff at Bathurst Visitor Information Centre are extremely helpful and kind. They provided us with good maps to help us on our journey and gave us a good tour and provided us free masks. I strongly recommend Bathurst Visitor Information Centre.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended if you are visiting this beautiful town. Lots of useful information.
We were served by an enthusiastic young chap, 2nd day on the job. He did very well and if he didn't know an answer, he found out. We bought a museum pass- well worth it, but unfortunately the Ben Chifley home wasn't open due to Covid restrictions. But the Rail, fossil and mineral museum, and motor museum were fantastic. The info centre was clean and well laid out and good close parking.
We were served by a young man who had only just started at the centre. He was so enthusiastic and willing to help. If he couldn't answer the questions he would ask someone. We bought a museum pass- the railway museum, the fossil and mineral museum, and Mt Panorama car and motorcycle museum. Highly recommended.
The staff are friendly and helpful with the information you need as the willing to help
