The manager and office staff are lovely, professional and very helpful people. Always polite and go above and beyond to assist with my enquiries. The drivers do a great job too.

As part of the Buslines Group Bathurst Buslines are an exceptional company. Always polite and courteous in all facets of the business. Highly recommend them for all your bus requirements.
Disgraceful company. Wish i could give minus stars
Driver very rude. First time on the bus today and asked questions. Almost turned round and walked off again. She didn't want to help. Caught the bus a second time, just as bad! Will email to complain. On the first occasion, From Kelso to Town 2 weeks ago on the 524 bus, the driver seemed like she didn’t want to help, was shrugging her shoulders when we asked how much the fare was and was rude when questioning us if we were adults etc. We almost turned round and got straight off again. She didn’t say hello, thankyou or goodbye and made us feel most unwelcome. The second time happened today, The driver was also very rude, he didn’t acknowledge my partner, made my partner feel unwelcome and seemed like he was unwilling to assist. Instead of a greeting he was shaking his head and made a big sigh sound as though he wanted my partner to leave and that he was unwilling to help.
Apparently you aren't allowed to park on William street if there is a bus behind you. Thankfully the bus driver reminded me with his horn and blocking my car from parking. Maybe he just wanted the spot? Thanks #11
I lived at Charles Sturt University and relied on the buses due to not being able to afford a taxi all the time. The buses were either too early, late or don't show up at all. Especially on Saturday when I wanted to head downtown but the bus only shows up at the university twice.
I have moved here three weeks ago and travel from eglinton to bathurst weekly. I have found the drivers to be rood and have no information for any questions regarding timetables about bus routes. Several times i have missed the bus as they run early. If the timetable states a specific time (eg 1.42pm) and they pass the the stop at 1.38pm they should should stop and wait for passengers and obey stated timetable. One experience I recently had when the bus ran early I was literally standing at the intersection. All I had to do was cross the road. I waved the driver which he did acknowledge but put his arms up in the air and continued drive. I have mostly lived in cities and rely on public transport and I find this bus horrible.
