Great products and GREAT prices!! Very good customer service. We have been using this company for the past 4 years and have always had great service. Just popped in to get a bathroom shaving cabinet that we had seen previously. So friendly, carried the cabinet out to the car for us, due to the weight. Can't ask for more!

Be very careful! We are not customers but contractors that are owed money. To date Bathroom West have not paid 1cent, they play games and have even sent remittance advice for invoices to buy extra time and of course no payments sent. No call backs, no reply to emails. We are currently lodging for debt collection, this is apparently not isolated. In speaking with staff no-one accountable is ever available. Those staff that have tried to assist, quickly leave the company for whatever reason? None of the staff that have tried to assist have relayed any positivity, and its evident they are regularly put between a rock and a hard place. The staff are not to blame. Avoid this company at all cost. Be safe, there are plenty more bathroom places out there ;) Bathroom West -
Go see Natalie at Bathroom West Joondalup - talk about impressive customer service. When I walked in I was really unsure of what I wanted and didn't really know what I needed. Natalie guided me through their range and helped pick out the items that would compliment each other whilst providing me with so much useful information on how some of the products are installed! Her hassle free, informative, no pushy approach and quick turn around time with providing a quote (such great prices might I add) I asked for will make me come back and order my items through them.
We had a new toilet and shower installed by the Bathroom West team at Joondalup and we were not disappointed. The customer service was amazing and we were impressed by how much the staff knew about all of the different options best for our bathroom. No complaints about the installation either, the guys were friendly and did a fantastic job. Our bathroom looks brand new.
They do not pay their contractors!!! Be very careful accepting work from Stan, he will promise the world but then never pays his invoices. I have had dealing with him in 2 separate companies and have required legal assistance to recoup monies owing. A pathetic way to run a business.
Do not hire this company to do your renovation. We are 1 week in to our 2 1/2 week renovation and have nothing but hassles. Very efficient until we signed up and paid a deposit then extremely unreliable. Didn't start on the day they were due to start and a week and a day later all we have is a demolished bathroom. They did not have the bath in time but didn't realize that until i told them it hadn't been delivered. Told me they would give us a similar bath that was more expensive than the one we had paid for. Phoned around and found the bath they were telling us was more expensive was significantly cheaper. Have had to hassle them every step of the way to get anyone to turn up and they don't arrive on time. Poor communication with their contractors. the tiler turned up without anyone telling him they were not ready for him to work as they were behind schedule. Delivered a bath yesterday it was in bubble wrap not the usual cardboard unwrapped it today it is marked as it is ex display. Cannot see this renovation being finished anytime soon and the company refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility for their errors saying it is out of their control and expecting the client who has even less control to accept less than they have paid for. We have paid above the odds to have 1 company take responsibility and are definitely not getting what we paid for.
Very helpful staff with great product knowledge. Great price and quality stock, just had two Calisto Toilets installed, new basins and mixer taps for my bathroom. Highly recommend.
The basin mixers are sold with a 15-year warranty promise but that doesn't cover the chrome (?) and ours started pitting and peeling off with less than 1 year of use. Apparently the chrome cover of warranty has been cut off from now, so be careful when choosing their products
