We found Ben and the team both efficient and precise, in the execution of our Bathroom renovation. Although there were minor hiccups, being through poor choices of our own, the site supervisor and administration staff helped steer the renovation back on course. We are very pleased with the outcome, thanks to the team for delivering our bathroom on time and on budget. Keep up the great work.

On the 13th of July Ben,s Kitchen began to install the kitchen.The kitchen had been gutted so it should have been a straight forward job of installing the kitchen.It is now 16 November and I am still waiting for the work to be finished. Problems included but not limited to having three attempts to put in the bench top due to the fact that it was not measured/fitted correctly. Cupboard doors and draws that are not aligned, skirting board not attached to wall correctly, nail protruding from window edging. The hinges are visible through the laminate on the large pantry doors. Extractor fan not fitted to the wall correctly, but at least it covers a hole in the wall that they did not bother to paster over I suppose. The work for installation is given out to private contractors who often do not arrive on time and when they do arrive they often ask what they are expected to do. The customer is expected to be the on site manager,apart from when the cupboards were installed you do not see from Ben,s kitchen.Despite what it says in the contract they do not remove there own rubbish or use drop sheets (they never even had any). I put in a list of things that need repairing three weeks ago and are still waiting for these to be attended to. Was told someone would be here today at 4.30, at 4.50 I get a no show- busy at another job. Finally I have asked how they had calculated the variation for what they describe as unforeseen work- unable as yet to explain this despite other quotes being able to for see the problem and supply a variation of around 100 not the 600 Ben's Kitchen is trying to charge for wiring the ovens through the ceiling. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Would not touch this company. Dishonest. Flooded my apt and blamed Reece. Too many problems to write down here. Interesting point is that he tried to get my last payment from me via the Builders Help People. When they approached me I forwarded them the very long email detailing allthe problems. Suddenly he changed his mind. DONT USE THEM.
