My wife Kim bought a brand new Hyundai Kona at Barton's Capalaba 2 weeks ago. To say the service from Renae Ibbotson was amazing, is an understatement. From start to finish, she was amazing. She made sure Kim knew the Kona from top to bottom, so she could make the right decision to buy the right car. On handover day, she was incredible. Renae ran Kim right through the Kona, from one end to the other. She made sure Kim understood the car, its accessories, and all the buttons and what they did when she pushed them. Kim was so happy with her service. Thank you for making it a special day for Kim, picking up her new car. I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan navara from Barton’s Capalaba. It was a great experience and we are very happy with the car. George was the salesman we dealt with. He was patient, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Corinne helps us through the financial side of things, who is also fantastic to deal with. Both George and Corinne were great throughout the whole process. Thanks guys. We would certainly look to Barton’s when purchasing a new vehicle in the future.

Very easy to deal with. Contract was negotiated all via email and telephone so didn't have to attend the showroom which was appreciated. George Andriolo was very responsive and gave a great deal!

Avoid. Their service might be dangerous for your car. They can not do simple things right. For standard car service I put in note in writing to service staff what needs to be done in addition to standard work. My note also contained "please do not overfill the oil" and I explained to the lady when leaving my car why it is so important. The car returned with engine oil overfill. Also Capalaba service wanted to flush brake fluid which I agreed with. It got overfilled too. This I can remove with a syringe no problem with it. But removing oil can get messy. So I phoned the service if they could fix it. I got back that I have to spend my time driving the car back. They did not agree to pick up the car or send a mechanic to my place. The above I filled in Nissan survey. Because rating was low I got back a call from Barton's service and it even went less customer supportive than the first time when I called. I heard back that they doubt that it is overfilled and it needs to be diagnosed. Asked me the question how I knew it was overfilled. I said I checked few times and I have pictures and I can email it. They were not interested and thanked me for my time. It is the 2nd Bartons service I tried on my Mitsubishi and Nissan. Looks like the same low quality standards. Their mechanics need to be educated and service support is also not good. If they can not handle basics how can they repair cars. Scary.

Wow! Never had so much fun buying a car! I'm always a bit wary but I felt comfortable dealing with Candy from the get-go. I purchased a Nissan X-Trail and after a test drive I pretty much knew that was what I wanted. It's evident that Candy cares about customer satisfaction (this can be a little hard to find sometimes). A special mention to Liz who organised the finance - she organised the best car loan ever! Had a great time dealing with her as well!! For new or used cars in Brisbane look no further than Bartons - they really know how to look after you!!

Great experience with Bartons group, I purchased a vehicle interstate and Greg was exceptional in his service and help, allowing time for inspections and organising delivery of my vehicle. Greg was in touch regularly and helped with videos and pictures of the vehicle, taking requests of areas of the vehicle I wanted to get more details of. Overall a top notch experience dealing with the team at Bartons and would recommend talking to Greg about your next used car.
