I went to have my eyebrows tattooed. I was happy with the initial result. However, my eyebrows faded very quickly- within three months when I was told it would last for at least 12 months. To make things worse Stacey was late or simply didn't bother to show up for all my follow up appointments. Will never go back or recommend Defining Features to any one. Maria.

I took a day off work specifically to have my eyebrows tattooed. Got an sms the night before to reschedule. I managed to get another day off work the next week only to show up for the appointment to find the salon shut. I received a phone call about 6 hours later apologising for the mix up. Worst customer service i have experienced in Canberra and i definitely won't be rescheduling or recommending this service to anyone, especially after wasting two days of leave.
Made several calls with no answer. Finally made a booking via text and when I arrived at my appointment (after a lot of hassle on my part to be able to go), nobody turned up. No answer to calls or text either. Nearby businesses said there's been nobody there a while so unsure as to why they'd make an appointment for me if there was no intention of keeping it. Very bad customer service.
The salon was shut when I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Stacey didn't show up to the appointment, I waited for 15 minutes and called her several times before just leaving. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service.
