Well priced boat hire to explore a beautiful part of NSW. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The boats are easy to operate and get you around Pittwater well enough. You'll need a bit of time as there's lots to explore and the boats are restricted to 8hp engines. The boats could do with a bit of a clean-up, but you don't really notice once you're out on the water enjoying the day. ONE BIG WORD OF WARNING is that they don't mention that parking will cost you 40. There are only about 3 spaces allocated to Boat House customers that are inevitably filled by 5am arrivals out fishing so you'll be left no choice but to pay for the council operated ticketed parking in Governer Philip Park. A very disappointing move by the local council which has negatively impacted the review that I'm giving this local business. Such a shame... 40 is robbery.

Initially I was a bit upset because my booking was cancelled on the day I was going, due to an issue with their booking system. They apologized several times and gave me a discount on my next booking as a good faith demonstration, and when I got there last Sunday the front desk bloke was really nice and polite. These guys managed to turn an unpleasant situation into a great experience, so I totally recommend it as the boat tour is simply amazing and their boats and service are great!

This place was lovely the first time we came over a year ago. I tried to make a booking this month and when I called up a young man answered. I asked him if there were any bookings available the following day which he responded with "you can book on the website. It's all done through there now".....that was fine. However, it was what he said next that ultimately lead to forgetting about the booking all together and never returning. I asked him if he could let me know if the schedule was busy around the time and day I wanted to book to which he replied "you can go have a look for yourself online" - and yes, it was that blunt! I have never ever been spoken to by someone who works in "customer service" like that and it was as simple as that for me to never come back and never recommend this place. Very dissapointing
I have been hiring boats from these guys for 15 years. Boats always run well, staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great area for fishing. I recommend booking in the summer months. Only downside is paying 35 for Council parking if you plan to stay for 4 hours.
This is a neat little operation. Friendly service and a great cost effective way to explore the Pittwater. We got a 4.29m runabout which is practically indestructible and rented it for 4 hours racking up a tidy bill of 120. Totally worth it! We got an 8hp engine which does the job. I definitely recommend trying this out.
Great place to book a boat for a couple of hours in the bay. Grab your fishing gear and enjoy the stunning scenery.
