The lake has many faces, changing year to year. Its a popular family destination on the Barmera side and natural wet lands in the less visited areas. Worth a visit anytime of year.

Amazing location and place to relax with friends or family for a picnic or BBQ. Huge lawn area for the kids to run around till they drop. A small jetty is present and great spot for a swim. Toilets are nearby too. A skate park is also there and decent size. Boat ramp here and great camping nearby.

Lovely place for a family picnic. You can beat the weather with quick dives in the lake too. Great place for water sporting.
