Don't know. He never responded to my call, voice message or text....3 opportunities to gain a new customer and he blew it.... so unless he was unable to respond due to circumstace ( i will change my low rating if that is the case ) then its pretty poor business practise and customer lost.

Patrick is friendly and really knows his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Hes one of the few groomers that actually listen to you and then follows through with your request. His prices are awesome and much lower than a lot of other pet groomers out there.
