Review edit Feb 3 2021: order was supposed to be delivered mid Jan. Nothing arrived, no phone calls. 2 weeks of phoning the warehouse we finally get through. We were told, now, end of March delivery or we can have an incomplete floor display stock now. Disgusting service, we are now considering cancelling the order and buying elsewhere. Still no communication from head office over this 10week wait. Personally, go elsewhere!! Original review: I received prompt friendly service here, they were able to answer all my questions. Ended up buying a deluxe BBQ and outdoor setting. Issue I had was when I purchased I asked if they were going to be on sale over Xmas, if so I would wait 2 days. Sales Person said neither item, both being new products would be on Sale. 2 days later they were both on Sale. I returned and asked for price match as they advertise they do. This should not have been a 20 minute argument only resolved when I demanded my order be cancelled. I will continue to shop here, but now I have a serious trust issue

Bought a Barbie from here that came in a week was promised the stand would be there before Xmas. Xmas came, new year came Aus day came any many weekends came all they came but the stand hasn't. Was told on one of the many calls I made that the stand was never going to come at Xmas. I know the staff are paid to sell but I'm sure they are not paid to mislead. If I knew that it would be Easter or beyond before the stand would arrive and it still hasn't I would have gone else where. My advise would be if it's not on stock don't buy. Wait till it's in stock. Very disappointed. I go to Bunnings next time.

Very rude and didn't seam interested in serving anyone . Walked out disappointed, i couldn't believe how disinterested he was in serving me and spoke to me very rudely
Our barbecue was 27 days out of warranty when it exploded into flames from the gas burner. Turning it off didn’t help, it had to be extinguished with water and subsequently disconnected from the gas line. BBQs galore couldn’t care less, tried to say that because it’s out of warranty it’s bad luck. Also said that all the work carried out by a licensed builder, cabinet maker and plumber were not compliant. Some salesman seems to think he is the authority on tradesmen that provided compliance certificates, they somehow all worked together in signing off the work risking all of their licences. (They didn’t actually send a professional to inspect!) I think not! We will be listing the matter in vcat. It’s lucky it was only the outdoor kitchen that burnt and not our whole house. And extremely lucky no one was hurt. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! These people don’t not give a s&t!!
Staff welcomed us, then decided to ask if we needed any assistance as we were leaving( after 15 mins) we were the only customers in store at the time
Tha staf was very helpful & came to my house to support me to complete installation of outdoor lounge unit. Team member came and fix this was amazing nice & commited. One of the best customer service what I have experienced. Thanks again !
