Went in to look at fire places to install. Big shop. Greeted by a very friendly helpful staff member who showed us plenty and gave us lots of information. Very professional and helpful. Well worth it. A great business.

What a great experience. I went in with a small idea of what I was looking for, but definitely needed some help. That help came in the form of Ayesha. She was very helpful in explaining the differences between the barbecue types, including the benefits and detractors for each. She was then happy to leave me to have a look and a think. After deciding on my purchase she advised that if I had any problems or questions, to just give them a call and they would be happy to help. The store and staff were all being COVID safe (hand sanitiser, floor markings, and the staff wearing masks), the store was well laid out, and the different section easy to find.
