I dropped into the store earlier today to buy a Bbq rub and got talking to the two guys about smokers. Honestly it's the most knowledgeable couple of people I have come across in my search. They didn't push me to buy and they took plenty of time educating me on ways to set up gear etc. I'll definitely keep buying here as the service was exceptional

Great store , we came here to look at some rangehoods for a patio BBQ. Very pleased to be shown one on display. We were given a demo by one of the friendly staff. Ordering and delivery information was expertly communicated by the professionals in this store. Parking is easy underneath.

I have a two burner Turbo Classic BBQ. The bbq has had a major manufacturing fault, whereby the gas line has become detached from a fitting in close proximity to the gas control knobs on the front of the bbq. A fire has resulted in the BBQ with fire damage to valves and the BBQ. This is a top of the line BBQ that we were given and is several years old. The staff were nice when I discussed this with them and directed me to make a claim with BBQ's Galore under warranty. The BBQ's Galore Warranty page on their website will not allow you to upload a warranty claim as there is a technical fault. I have left several messages with BBQ's galore and not heard from them until I called for a forth time. The BBQ obviously has a major manufacturing fault that has caused the gas line to separate from the fitting resulting in a fire. This could have been catastrophic. Now I assumed that BBQ's Galore would want to investigate this, but they don't. I was just told by the warranty area, tough luck - we are not interested. I tried to explain to them that this could be a serious fault across a lot of BBQ's and cause serious damage or worse - they were not interested. I would not recommend any of the Turbo Classic BBQ's (they do cook really well but appear to be incredible dangerous). The staff at the store were polite and considerate, but unable to help. The corporate office did not want to know about it, so I will report to consumer affairs etc. IN SHORT DON'T TOUCH THESE BBQ'S.
