I have visited this store 3 times over the last 4 years making purchases each time because it is convenient and the older man is never happy! Who needs a miserable customer service person? In future I will shop at the Noosa store.

Older gentlemen served me. When i explained the help i needed to buy a smoker as a gift for my partner he proceeded with asking which type i was after. I was looking at gas ones as i knew this is was he wanted. He scoffed at me and said only amateurs use the gas type, charcoal is better. In that moment they lost my business and i walked out. i will never recommend anyone shop there in future.
