I wanted to look at some properties using Nearmap. Website requires you to speak to a salesperson and gives no other information. I received no call and had to call Nearmap, salesperson was very rude and informed me that Nearmap only offers minimum 1yr subscriptions for minimum 3,000. Hopeless company and terrible service...
Purchased a month-by-month subscription and tried to get this upgraded for a temporary requirement I had. "Not possible" and I'd need to buy an annual subscription. Of course it's possible - they just don't want to. Completely ridiculous company.
best company I've been working for, love the fantastic waterview kitchen and good culture, and great learning opportunity: work with a lot of really talented colleagues, lot of phds, also the fortnight hack day.
Terrible customer service. 3D mapping old. Charging old credit cards that shouldn't even be on file anymore since they've been updated. No response to emails.
Poor job application experience. Karma is real though. Treating people badly during Covid is especially cruel.
