I have spent in excess of 60000 dollars with these guys, I recently wanted to organise a trip to Ularu for me and my family, Josh couldn't have been more uninterested, After the first email I couldn't get the guy to respond. I tried emails then a phone call to which I got a very smartarse tone telling me they were short staffed and he would be in touch, which he didn't. Well I know its not 4 business seats to the uk this time but when covert is over and we are all flying again you wont be hearing from me.Good bye firstclass travel!
