Just got out of a day surgery and eating my sandwich as I'm writing.. I must say the guys were great from Anaesthetists to the nurse in ward. Kevin Eduardo went above and beyond to help me get comfortable and hats off to Dr Turner. The only downfall was I was here 12 midday and didn't get into the operation theatre until 5.30ish.

Before surgery, in the surgery room the team were trying to push back the patient because the patient wasn’t sedated in the previous room before being brought into surgery room and the patient was resisting because anxious obviously and cosmetic surgeon Dr Barnouti was squashing the injured part of the patient as they were trying to all push patient on their back without realising but I realised and the Dr saw that I noticed and that I was shocked and so then he realised ( I’m hoping he hadn’t realised and it wasn’t intentional, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt ) so he removed his hand quickly off injured part and I stopped them from continuing to try to force patient back to calm the patient down and gave something for patient to do. No cameras in surgery room and cameras I believe should be installed in future in all hospitals if patient agrees to record all actions and speech of surgery team. Post consecutive surgery to have all nylon stitches removed Dr Elle in a review appointment saw that the surgery team had failed to remove all stitches and verbalised this to the other doctor , but the other doctor without even looking said “ Oh they removed the stitches” so when the patient’s parent showed concern regarding this,Dr Elle resorted to gaslighting and lying and said “ oh i think it’s just something else” whilst removing the stitch/es can you believe this woman?! She thinks patient parents don’t know what a stitch looks like! She is narcissistic and when parent showed concern about swelling she responded rolling her eyes and speaking in a ridiculing manner “ well it’s going to be swelling they’ve just had surgery” rather than speaking professionally and empathetically for example “yes Mr and Mrs so and so swelling will last for some time , I know it concerns you and your always welcome to contact us if any concern”. Go learn how to be real doctors. You make people sicker with your neglectful, dishonest and unprofessional behaviours.
Very good food and it has a tv :)
My boyfriend had a really bad stomachache and so we got here at around 130am. Although there was quite a crowd, it wasn’t too much of a wait to see the nurses and pain management was done promptly. Everyone we’ve encountered so far were empathetic and did their job. Thank you :)
Girl at the reception was really rude. Waiting time is too long. Mismanagement
I appreciate the people and health care we have in Australia but faster timing would be great.
Today I went to the Bankstown hospital emergency department, nurses and doctor in service gave amazing service, really grateful to them. Thanks
