Disappointed with their delivery, I cleary typed in my delivery instructions DO NOT RING THE BUZZER BABY IS ASLEEP, CALL MY NUMBER AND I WILL COME DOWN. Then driver didn't even call me rang the buzzer came up. Mentioned it to him he goes I don't have time to read the instructions. He was arguing with me trying to make a point and he goes I will remember your one for next time, I said what about other people? He said I don't have time for it to read them. Pretty good Crust Pizza. Sometimes they don't have the pizza bases that they advertise, but luckily the guy called me and we arranged something else. They deliver consistent food so that was fine too.

Great pizza, terrible customer service. On two separate occasions now I've ordered and twice now I've had to wait 1.5 hours for my pizza to be delivered they say "will be delivered in about 45 mins" when placing the order, then when I call to check on my order because its been an hour, they tell me it's on the way and should be about 5-10 mins away. They also told me sometimes they get busy, especially on weekends but what was the excuse when I ordered on a weeknight? Trying to give them feedback and it's like they don't even care.
Food was good and warm enough after late delivery of 1.5 hours , hire more drivers !!
Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received! I spoke to the lady who answered and took my complaint about my order that they sent out wrong. They blamed the Uber driver saying he took 2 orders and lied! I called the driver and he said no I have only picked up 1 order! I then called back the store and the lady hung up on me 3 times. Called back from my husband’s phone and they didn’t give me the name of the lady who answered! I’ll NEVER order from CRUST BANKSTOWN AGAIN!
