The process of getting my 2 year old to be seen with a nasty bump on his head was and was a joke. Packed into a ridiculously small space, there was zero urgency from all staff. In fact it seemed they were going slow and couldn’t care less. Then we got taken to the children’s emergency, for another long wait while the nurse talked to another admin agent for 10 minutes about paperwork then disappeared for another 10 minutes. There where 3 children in this area. Then there where f words under the breath of the nurse as the computers wouldn’t work, and more delay.... Then a phone is answered and nurse started winging about a lunch break and then someone else comes in and not doing overtime is discussed at length. Why do they deserve to be called professionals. Anyone else with such ridiculous customer service etiquette would be fired. Probably not their fault, but tell a sick child in need about the poor medical staff member. They don’t care l, nor should they. Our tax dollars at work.

This place must be stopped. repeatedly getting patients information incorrect, lack of knowledge and staff in emergency are so cool, calm and collective whilst people are bleeding to death. unacceptable. is this where our tax dollars are being spent on?

Doctors and nurses in the emergency were excellent. They were all very polite and did their best to see all their patients.

Worst place to be!!! Waited 8 hours in the emergency room to see a doctor for my mum who had a compression fracture. The nurses weren't very friendly when I asked how long we have to wait to see a doctor. They insisted we should wait longer!! After waiting for a doctor for 8 hours, the doctor still did not show up so we ended up coming home. I would not recommend this place at all.

Good luck finding a car spot inside or outside the hospital carpark. The car park sign show it is full but the gate still open to let cars in with a dozen of cars already inside waiting for a spot.

Hospital staff is too slow in emergency ward as my friend has got fever to check him up and give two bottles of fluid it took 10 hrs to them unless you go and shout on the reception desk or to the ward nurses they don't even care to come and see you in those 10 hrs doctor have not even visited us everyone was looked after by ward nurses i wonder whether there is doctor or not in the hospital.. If you feel sick i reccon never visít this hospital you will turn up to get more sick

I am a patient transport officer and travel here daily and between most public hospitals in South West Sydney. I give 5 stars to the nurses who manage the Discharge Lounge and the same rating for the CCU. The patients that we transport from these wards are always well monitored and looked after. Before transporting patients, the nurses are always clear and precise with the handover of patient details and a background and nature of their stay, ensuring we have the required info and paperwork to transport with the patient.
