Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. If I could leave I would!!! Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.... even if they paid me!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want your sanity. The workers IQ at this branch is well below even a 3rd world countries standard!!! They have no problem solving skills what so ever!!! Whether your in the branch or call... They laugh and have personal conversations while they are "looking" for your information then tell you they can't help and YOU should call head office. If you call "they will get back to you". A week later and no calls, no follow up, nothing. They never put notes on your file so you have to start every enquiry from the beginning!!! If someone does call you back, they don't know who it was because there are NO NOTES!!!!! I have requested several times over 3 years to update my mailing address (unsuccessfully) I have been in branch, called, filled out several change of details forms and sent them their BS "secured message"... still nothing!!!! If you need anything "secured message" is there answer. I have gone in branch, given my ID and they still ask me to log into my online account and send a secured message. What kind of BULL is that!!!! This bank is only open during weekday business hours. NO WEEKENDS!!!! Not even customer service by phone!!!! my husband wanted to buy a car on Saturday but we had to wait till Monday to take out money and were told you have to give us 24hours notice for 10k withdrawal. So we had to wait till Tuesday to withdraw our money!!!! Almost lost our deposit. Their online banking contact number is a joke!!!! If they don't answer your call in 45 seconds (yes i wrote seconds) you are told to leave a message then days/weeks later they might call you back, no option to keep holding so you have to hang up, make options and wait just to speak to someone for online banking.
