I have to say staff are so hopeless in this brand. Tried to open an account. Three staff did not work out for 1 hr n end up saying - come back on Monday. First of all, everybody’s time is precious, hurry up plz. Second of all, I have right to use in any legal purpose I want or how long I want. Not ur business. Lastly, plz donot to this bank. So hopeless and waste time......
Worst services ever. For opening a bank account had to wait two days and finally a person named Jasper wasn’t showing up for whole week and he was the only person in whole branch! No thank you, I will take my money somewhere else!
The worst experience I've had ever! There is one idiotic employee in Counter 5. Be careful because this guy lacks the basic knowledge of working in a bank. I went to this bank for three times due to this guy's mistakes. He created two debit cards without my permission. And these two cards were not what I needed. They are completly the wrong type. When I realized this, I had to come back to fix it. Then another problem came out. Can you believe it? He gave me nothing except a piece of advertisement paper and two useless cards without a net saver key, initial user name or password. This staff didn't behave any professional performance. He didn't apologize to me at all. It's definitly a nightmare!
Good rate on home loan, hope open more branches.
