Won't open an account in my name. No explanations given. Probably because I am "a foreigner" - I.e. not Chinese. Very disappointed, all I wanted was to have a union pay card to help me travelling and visiting China. Don't think it is fair or is it?

Worst bank branch in Sydney ever!!! Always run out of cash in ATM. Extremely poor customer service. Strongly advise not to deal with this bank in anyway if possible to avoid disappointment.
