I will never deal with your bank. If I have a credit card I will buy what I want even if that is gambling chips. You can stick your bank where it fits - your bank is small enough to actually fit there.

Great Bank, customer service is fantastic, uses OKTA for instant transfers and loan comparison rates are very competitive. Also into ethical investing etc

My experience with BoA is simple....they care, they're unlike other banks and their application is so straight forward. Better than any other banks I have ever been with. The team at Brunswick street are known to me and give me a level of respect unseen in other banks. PLZ OPEN MELB CBD BRANCH Thank you.

They used to be a good bank, but now they charge fees for everything. I'm moving my business to Bankwest that have zero charges for everything! You'd think after being a member for 30 years, they would wave fees for loyal customers. The other banks are doing it, so why don't they. Closing my account.

I am experiencing appalling service. I have been trying for 3 weeks to trace a foreign currency transfer I made and which hasn’t arrived, although the money (1000.00) and fee (15.00) has come out of my account. Meanwhile, I was rung by someone today to advise me I owed the bank 1.83 worth of interest on my credit card !!!!! I would like to know WHERE IS MY MONEY?????

The security requirements for adding new payees is painful and flawed. Speaking to them on the phone if you forget your password is a long and frustrating process. The social responsibility is great, but the user experience is sub par.

Customer service was good but nothing compared to credit unions. The bank's process for security is a bit questionable and needs more digitisation to be secure. Certainly doesn't feel like a big bank in processes point of view which you'd think is a good thing but not when it comes to security processes.
