BEST BANK EVER Ethical and green but also solid returns, sound investment, so your money is safe. Best customer service I have ever experienced, it’s always like your mate is helping you sort your stuff out. Worth the effort of changing banks cos you’ll never have a banking headache again, plus you know your money isn’t doing evil!
lovely customer service people but that doesn't help when there are poor outcomes. Also, lack of branches doesn't make it easy when setting up business accounts. Setup a not-for-profit account with all the correct information submitted and was assured that monthly fee would not be charged. Two months later, sill getting charged 8 per month monthly fees, after visit to city branch and numerous lengthy phone calls. Not good enough.
My card details got compromised. I found out when my card kept getting declined (despite having enough funds), so I called Bank Australia and they said that my card details have been compromised for a while (thanks for the notice guys!). They said they are now going to send a new card which will take 4-6 business days. I asked how I'm supposed to pay for anything since I have little to no physical cash on me. Their incredible solution: find a trusted friend or family member to pay for stuff for you. Big old cheers for having terrible security, for not letting me know that I had been hacked AND for such a great solution to all this! Feeling so valued - Great work guys
