I can not recommend this dog retreat more highly. My Bella is always well cared for, even has a bath before We pick her up. I know this because, she is happy when we pick her up, she's not at all worried. We used another kennel, a long time ago and when we picked up our dog, I knew something was not right, he was sad tail between his legs.. never again. Then our son used Bangalow and said Geoff was great and his dog was happy when he picked him up. So we thought we would try, We went on a short break and booked her in. So glad we did, it's good for her to mix with other dogs and have a holiday as well. Totally happy and totally trust this pet retreat.
Our little fellow Ching had a most enjoyable stay with Geoff and other canine companions. The extra care and attention provided to our blind and deaf friend was noted and two return visits are scheduled for 2019.
We booked in our border collie Harper for a long weekend and found Geoff to be gentle, patient and caring with her. She is anxious and does not like to be alone. We returned to find her well fed, clean, tail wagging and bright eyed ready for a sleep in the car on the way home. Can highly recommend Bangalow Pet Motel for peace of mind.
My friend recommended Bangalow Cottage Pet Motel to me 20 years ago and I have been recommending it to all ever since. My cats and dogs love Geoff and he loves them back. My special thanks to you for looking after Whisper now that she is old and suffers with arthritis, she came home well rested and happy. We will be back for our next break.
We have left our 3 dogs. Sam (border collie) Charlie (mini foxie) and Leo (Maltese x) 3 times now with Geoff. So we know that they are looked after with great care. We would recommend Bangalow to anyone who has to take their fur babies out of their home for any length of time. As long as Geoff is there, we don’t worry. D&L
