We love shopping at our local (& online) shop , The Enchanted Child. We are in the thick of new babies, 1st birthdays, 2nd birthdays, toddlers becoming siblings gifting years and without fail we can ALWAYS find something special here. The service is so prompt and both the online and instore experiences just perfect. Instore you can be guided to the ideal gift by age or similarly learn more about why that product is among the select brands stocked in the boutique. We are so grateful to have this gem in our community.
I'm not a local but I did shop online through this website and was really impressed with the range of unique gifts. The customer service was prompt and emails well written, finally our parcel was also received quickly very happy.
Absolutely love our little pram and I'm sure our granddaughter will as well. Easy to order and Julie was in touch in no time, even offered to deliver to my home herself rather than via post. Julie then even went a step further and refunded the mail out fee. Very much appreciated. Will definitely shop with The Enchanted Child again.
When stage 4 was announced to be continued into late October, I was disappointed as were all of Melbourne. I googled Enchanted Child to look for a present for my daughter’s Birthday, and found exactly what I was looking for! So very easy! Julie kept me up-to-date, as to when they would be ready. Wonderful service, and I cannot wait for Enchanted Child to be open again!
Lovely selection of gifts for grandchildren who we can't see. Online ordering was quick and easy and I was able to meet Julie to collect the items quickly and Covid safely. The girls loved their gifts, especially the tattoos!
