It's quite rare that I go into a dental clinic and feel at ease. However, Dr Mish provided the best dental care I have experienced in a long time. She was understanding, informative, kind and most importantly very gentle. This made the whole experience much more calming. She made the effort to check on me through out the process and ensure I was okay as she went along, while explaining everything she was doing. I was very pleased with the service. The practice itself is run by very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend Balnarring Dental Centre.

I was looking for 7 stars to give but the maximum stars allowed is 5. In the hotel industry, there is a big difference between a 5 star hotel and a 7 star hotel. I was given 7 star treatment by Dr Mish today and what a pleasant experience that was. I have never enjoyed going to a dentist before. I felt so relaxed and almost fell asleep. It was that good. She is very skillful, genuinely gentle, caring and a considerate person. All the qualities you expect of a dentist. . For a moment I thought I was in a 7 star luxury hotel. The best dentist in my opinion. The others made me feel so welcome. Felt just like how a person is greeted when arriving home after being away for a long time. What can I say about the surgery ? Well... they have the state of the art equipment. It's like a one stop shop. You only have to turn up to get all your dental needs met. What more do you want right?
I couldn't be happier with the treatment i have received at Balnarring Dental Centre. Dr Alex and his wonderful nurse Emma did an incredible job today of making me feel relaxed and in control. The procedure was virtually pain free - even though i had to have a tooth extraction. Part of the genius is the large TV on the ceiling and the noise cancelling headphones. I watched an episode of 'Modern Family' and even wanted to laugh several times during the procedure. I have certainly never experienced that at the dentist before. Also, i have always found dental x-rays very uncomfortable and painful at times. However, the machine at the Balnarring Dental Centre is amazing- so easy, quick and pain free. The clinic is modern, clean and fresh. And all staff have been wonderful. I honestly will not go anywhere else now.
Honestly my best dental experience at Balnarring. I saw Dr. Mish who was professional and gentle the entire time. She explained each step and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. A really fun and happy environment where they put the patients first!
I saw Dr Tiv today and he was the best dentist that I have ever been to. He was very professional and really listened to what my problem was and answered all my questions thoughtfully. Also the reception staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and I’m so glad I found this place.
BDC is truly one of the best in expert and complex dental care in Victoria! The staff here are incredibly friendly, dentists are very well educated and informative, and the equipment used are state of the art! The moment you walk into this practice you know you’re in good hands!
Dr Tiv, Darina and the whole team at Balnarring Dental are some of the most beautiful people you will ever meet! Caring, thorough, gentle in their approach and very professional in their manner. My wife and I have had several trips to the clinic for general hygiene appointments as well as fillings and restorative work and have found the experience to be pleasant and stress free. The rooms are beautiful and very high tech. The dental nurses are also kind and very caring throughout your appointment. We no longer fear the dentist and now count Dr Tiv and Darina as friends. If you are looking for a new dentist - look no further! These guys are the BEST!
I have been seeing Darina here for years for my dental hygiene appointments however I have recently completed my Invisalign journey with Dr. J and I could not be happier with my amazing new smile, it was also such an easy process with Dr. J checking in on my progress the whole way and always answering any questions I may have had. I also recently required a filling which I was very nervous about however Dr. J was very empathetic and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Thanks Balnarring Dental!
