Great variety of authentic healthy food at a reasonable price. Always super busy though so if you want a seat outside it’s best to book. Takeaway is a great option too as it is packed to perfection by the chef.

The price is good but the quality is not fit for a Japanese restaurant in Balmain. The food tasted yesterday's stuff, definitely did not feel like it was made fresh. The waitress did not give any attentive service at all.

VERY POOR - DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. The teriyaki chicken set came with not enough rice to feed even a young child. When I complained on the phone, the restaurant promised the boss would call back to arrange a refund or delivery of more rice. He hasn't phoned back.

Fresh, delicious and friendly staff. Great value too. Have been here several times now and always had a good experience.

Very cheap but not the best sushi I've had. Rice was on the stale side and sushi not overly flavourful. Still good value considering it was salmon and scallops for 3.80!

yummy grilled salmon, prawn delight and eel!

Any Japanese restaurant with spring rolls, money bags and dim sim is not japanese owned, and it bought frozen generic factory made spring roll dim sim. Also Chinese factory sushi, who put tomato sauce on sushi rolls, looking at the texture it was cheap masterfoods sauce. Canned salmon on some of the rolls. Pure rubbish, people in Balmain were lining up for this, most were with kids. There was nothing interesting like fresh urchin, octopus, wagyu sashimi, just the red orange white fish that comes standard. I have cut better sashimi from woolworths salmon. The scallops tasted old not off but close too it.
