Easy and close to balmain shops
I purchased 2 dozen bottles of wine on Monday 13th July at 5 p.m. from the Balmain BWS. The site says they deliver within 1 hour. I asked for delivery at around 6 p.m. They suggested making it between 6-7 pm. The website states delivery will be in 1 hour. It is now close to 2 1/2 hours and nothing has arrived. I rang the store, they contacted the delivery person and he was in North Sydney. Why would you pick up in Balmain, not deliver in Balmain and be in North Sydney? Never again -
