Tried to get an account with this company for my design business. Took them over a week to come back and accuse me of crypto trading. My business is a design business here in Australia. Waste of time. I have signed up with Ezi Debit. It took half a day for my account to be set up. I just noticed that they are also asking their staff to give them 5 star reviews. Yvonne Peter was the one who I was talking to via email, she also gave herself a 5 star review here. Great company!

Be careful, their fees are high, they charged 69.91 for a billpay payment and took four days to complete it, most banks charge nothing and complete the transaction in a day. While they refunded the fee on my request (taking a week), it still leaves me asking exactly why I would use them rather than a bank. Is there a reason I would want to do this? I'm guessing that you are buying Qantas points with the fee, as I did not receive any Qantas points on the transaction that had the fee refund, but I don't know.
This business is a fraud. I did some digging and found that all of the 5 star reviews here are done by their staff. Even their managing director Kevin Butler is in on it. Please explain why staff and management are leaving 5 star reviews on their own company.
We provided all the ID documents they asked for and asnwered ALL questions regarding our business. It has been over a month and all that has been said is our business cannot be verified. I am reporting this company to ASIC.
Business is a joke. Asked for my documents such as bank statement and ID copies for an account over a week ago but still do not have my login. Called many times and just cannot get a straight answer.

I contacted them for a merchant facility and was told to submit a form via email. Since then i have no heard from them since. I have clients whom I am waiting for payments and it has been a week since I gave Ray Liang everything he asked for. I am starting to think that it could be a scam.
