Great product & price... I went in unannoucned needing a display for my wifes birthday without pre-ordering - they still hooked me up during a busy time with a fantastic display at a good price. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome and were able to help out with a last minute request including delivery to a Brisbane hotel the next day. I managed to arrange the whole thing (excluding payment) by txt which was super helpful as I was unable to talk at the time. We locked it in and I was able to pay a couple of hours later over the phone. Great service and what I got looked like the picture which was even better.

How amazing is KJ and the work she and her team do. I can't wait for another special occasion so I can use Balloons and Sparkle again. The balloons are incredible and the attention to detail is fantastic. AND the service..... wow KJ helped me at such short notice and kept me posted with updates and pictures. AMAZING!! The customer service is fantastic! I’ve ordered my fair share of flowers and such through various businesses but I’ve never been so impressed as I am with theirs. The arrangements they do look absolutely amazing, their response times and friendly staff are fantastic and I LOVED that they sent a text upon successfully delivery including pictures of what the arrangement looked like! Normally you don't know what an arrangement really looked like in the end unless the recipient sends you a photo. That was just fantastic! Thank you! I can see why the lady at the Children’s hospital so highly recommended this business.

Without being asked, they came sensing we needed a smile. And they delivered smiles to about 80 people in our retirement care village. The team wearing masks and gloves, dropped smile face balloons at each door step, rang the door bell and left. With all of this Covid19 drama we are being safe and we are being cared for. But it was so nice to be delivered a smile.

The most beautiful products and so much care is taken to ensure the best quality and wonderfully unique deliveries. Recently had a beautiful Sparkle Halo balloon delivered to my Mother in Law while she was in the P.A. hospital. So many people stopped and asked where she got it, it was so stunning, and the sneaky giant freckle chocolate was a huge hit too!
