Freshly made, scrumptious food, prices and portion are so great. The bento was really nice. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Best sushi in Ballina.
Very good sushi, the best in the local area, ordered food and it was prepared very quickly, really friendly staff and customer service too. Good atmosphere also. Would recommend.

Does this shop ever actually cook the food or are you ever open when you say you are? We came to the shop 3 times today (Saturday 5th September) 1) when the shop opened at 10:30am (which are the opening hours you have advised on google) and waited for 10 minutes to which the shop still did not open. 2) again at about 12:50pm to where we found a sign saying the the shop was closed for 10 minutes, we waited around and it STILL did not open. And 3) at 3:10pm and the staff told us that the kitchen was closed and not cooking food.... There were 3 staff standing around, eating, taking and listening to music - why was kitchen closed an hour earlier than closing time? We were also literally the only 2 people in the shop, it would have taken you not even 5 minutes to make an order for us. The sushi is good, but the service and operation of the shop is a joke. I honestly find we can never get sushi at Sushi Naru because it’s either closed early, closed for “10 minutes” because no one is there, or because no one can be bothered to cook the food that they are meant to cook for customers. Very annoyed and disappointed at your service.
Front counter lady / teenager was possibly the rudest least interested person I've ever experienced.
Amazing! The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Always fresh sushi with a smile.
