I recently found this shop after looking around for help fixing up a old bike they have been a massive help along the way and cant say enough about the service and help they have given, the big guy in there was super helpful on the phone and in person getting parts sorted quick and easy! the advice is on point and given with no hesitation pointing in the exact direction even offering solutions they couldn't provide in house. Not impressed at all, 4 of us arrived at the store at about 11.45am on Saturday , the staff had seen us pull up, by the time we diss mounted they closed the door on us and proceeded at the store counter totally ignoring us. In the same time another 2 people arrived and were ignored . The staff knew we were there but just kept ignoring us. A good sales person would have at least came to the door and said sorry guys we have closed early for the day. Well i guess you think your the only bike shop around, well your not, we will be shopping at Nerang from know on. By the way, the old guy that was with us is in the market for the new BMW, you blew that out the door. If you were employed by me you would have no jobs by now.

Ballina Motorcycles did a diagnostics check at short notice on my Super Duke GT after an unexpected warning light came up on a trip away. Polite, efficient and no charge. Would recommend.

I wanna give Donny a heads up for his help with the M12X6 issue today among other things he has helped me with for gratis.. He was under the pump today but made the help happen, even though i'd called in unannounced. I reckon this mob has good, trustworthy and most of all helpfull people thre who have never let me down. DONNY. Sorry but i don;t have facebook so this is all the truthfull review i CAN give. Many thanks.

Last night I had the misfortune of breaking down in Ballina. A flat battery. I came back home to Lismore last night without my bike. I didn't realise at the time that Ballina motorcycles was just 20 metres away. A representative of the company walked down with spanners, and got me mobile again. I then offered payment which he declined to accept. A wonderful piece of public relations. Thank you so much.
