Sally and I purchased a Banksia in late 2016, the last of the 3.0 litre vans and took delivery in March the following year. The van has now done 35000 Km and whilst we have had issues with the Fiat, the Horizon part of the vehicle is beyond reproach. We did a great deal of work trying to establish which vehicle to buy, after all, it is a very substantial investment. The penny fell to the Banksia since overall it seemed to have everything that we could need. Yes, the bathroom seemed a little small, but remarkably, as you live with the vehicle everything is just right. Priority has been given to living, cooking, sleeping and hygiene basically, in that order. Late last year I had to go to Broome in WA. November in the Kimberley can be quite cruel. Last November proved it with temperatures between 38 and 50 degrees with little relief at night time. Answer, after the abundant ventilation ceases to be sufficient, open the doors side and rear, roll down the fly screen and savour what breeze can be captured. The Horizon range is exceptionally well thought out and built with absolute care and attention. Would I change anything? Probably, but those changes will most likely happen naturally, The forest of red lights are a little annoying; Ok, that's right, they've fixed that.

Greg Wilkins at the BCMC service department.provided us with outstanding customer service and his team followed up with first class workmanship
We purchased a Banksia in October 2014 and could not be happier with the vehicle and with the service from BCMC. We spent 5 months last year driving around Australia and could not fault the Fiat and the Banksia. Drove just on 22,000 km and achieved 10.4L/100km. What an incredible country and how amazing is the Kimberley. The Banksia gave us the freedom to camp when and where we wanted and as a result we camped in some amazing locations.
We ordered our motorhome by phone and internet, choosing colours timber and material via internet.Sharon and Mark were always paitent with us while marking our choices. When it went to production stage Sharon and Mark kept us informed. When we arrived to collect the motorhome ,there was this fantastic beautiful one.We said to each other, hope our motorhome is as nice.Next moment Mark comes over, said hop in have a look,do you like it.We said ,love it,but where is our one.Mark hands the keys to us and said this is your one.Even now Sharon and Mark keep in touch. Many people comment on the Horizion Motorhome, and I keep giving out Mark"s business cards.Remember Adventure Before Dementia.Warmest regards Colin and Rosie.
My parents bought a Motorhome from these guys and told me that they would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a campervan or motorhome. They really know their stuff when it comes to built in RV's.
Poor customer service, unreliable and unprofessional.
Service and attention is always GREAT
