Bought the Outback from Lauren today and it was a lovely experience. Paying full price was painful but I will get over it when the car comes. It was our second car we have purchased from Ballarat after ,2 drips to Docklands. The hour drive from Hoppers Crossing is worth it. Thanks again Lauren.

Incredible staff - friendly, personal and honest. I had the feeling I was well looked after from start to finish; no nonsense and nothing was too much trouble. In the end, we decided to wait a little before purchase of a new car; but when we do, we will defiantly be coming back here.
Staff under the pump day before Xmas eve may not have fully explained what work had been carried out when investigating AC and clutch issue. Got a call from the owner same day after negative review who took the time to talk in depth. Left feeling a lot more confident.
