One of my most favourite restaurants in Ballarat. All the staff are fabulous and I always feel so welcomed and the food is unbelievable. Best Paella outside of Spain!!!

They must have changed chefs since I was last here. The food is now perfectly seasoned and no longer over-salted. Perfect!

I did some research to see which restaurant to dine at in the Ballarat area and this came up in my search. We do love Spanish Food, so it seemed a great option to try. The only real main was paella but 2 serves is a minimum order required. We decided to just try tapas as that way we can try several smaller style dishes.
