He accommodated my request to attend the inspection, and answered my (many) questions on the property during the inspection at the same time as performing the inspection itself. The report was detailed and informative and I would have no hesitation in engaging John again in the future.

Very thorough and quick. Dealt with the agent directly for access which was fantastic. Sent through a 36 page report with very detailed examination which gave us a clear priority list of things to fix. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I chose to be there for the inspection to get piece of mind about everything, and when required, John would always call me over to view potential problems and defects, and describe how these could impact in the future without attention. Although John did not undertake an official inspection of my property following ongoing issues as the result of recent reblocking works, the advice he provided me over the phone was extremely helpful and more beneficial than had been provided by a previous building inspector and the reblocker combined.
