Justin & Whitney wedding on 28 March 2021. Ballara Reception is absolutely perfect wedding venue. We held the Ceremony and Reception at evening session! Stunning scence for photos and the staffs are helpful from planning to execution to make the wedding perfect! Special thanks to bridal host Loretta who take good care of us on the day! Also, Stacey, Jan, and Amanda who assist in planning and make the wedding run perfectly.

Ballara provided great communication through the COVID pandemic which led to our wedding being postponed. The food was fantastic, and the venue looked beautiful on our wedding day. They helped to ensure everything went smoothly and with minimal fuss throughout the planning and the actual day. We would highly recommend them!

We hosted an event here for CNY, and it was a breeze to set up with the help of the friendly staff here. We were constantly asking for extra little things, like spare bowls for random things, or help moving a massive banner. In the second example, the poor employee was sitting behind the kitchen on his break, but without us asking him, he volunteered to help us out. The location is also stunning, the car park is very large and spacious, and the flora/gardens were nothing short of magical. If you were planning on having an event/wedding here, it's a strong contender, and I'd urge you to come visit for yourself. Pictures don't really do it justice.

I was married here in 1993. It was beautiful then and the service was second to none too. It's wonderful to see the venue thriving and still providing a wonderful experience for brides, grooms and guests. Our wedding photo's from the gardens are stunning and when I drive past I can see the garden is just as beautiful as it was then. Congratulations to the owners and their staff.

My partner and I had our wedding here on the 26th of February and it was absolutely amazing. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the place, food and ambience as well as the staff. All the staff worked so well and everything just went so smoothly. We had initially worked with Stacey for our first meeting and she was so lovely and easy to talk to and Fiona was the one that managed our special day and our final arrangements meeting and they both communicated together so well. The whole ballara team was great to work with and no questions were left unanswered. I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Ballara Receptions if anyone wants a very detailed, organised and easy day. Also thank you to Jan who was in charge of our table for the food tasting, she explained every dish so perfectly and made us so excited with our choices. And to Amanda for also assisting with our questions in the process. They are such an amazing team!!!
