Wow, what a find! I recently hosted a joint Hens/Bucks weekend with 40 of our friends at Phoenix Park and 100% recommend the venue. Suzi responds to email queries quickly, and Cam is the absolute most chill host you could have. Not only was the venue super affordable AND beautiful, but we were left free to our own devices to self-cater, drink, dance and play laser tag. What a fantastic venue - I think this will be the place of many reunions for us.

What a wonderful caravan park. Drive through park sites for big rigs. Owners very friendly and helpful. A brand new road into the park. Very clean amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to the freeway so some noise is always there but it didn't really worry us. The place is quite run down and not up to date but everything worked. At a very busy Easter, all other van parks for 40km radius full, the whole place was nearly empty, only a few other campers, which we really liked. I hate van parks where you are jammed cheek to jowl. Quite dry and dusty and a few areas in the park where digging etc is taking place. Almost as though the place is not finished and still a work in progress. No mirrors at the men's wash basins for shaving etc. Price I feel was high for what you get, 50 per night for a powered site, for 3 people. 35 night for 2 at Easter 2019. Optus and Telstra 4G mobile coverage, TV reception from Ballarat. Ballan is a few kilometres East for shopping, Pub etc.
