I have been a tenant of the Wright Team for quite a few years. When any maintenance has been required or requested my property manager Shayne has always arranged the repairs promptly. I'd also like to acknowledge Emma for her professionalism, pleasant manner and the very responsive assistance she recently provided. One of the better Real Estate companies I've experienced in 15 years of renting.
I have dealt with the Professionals in Balga on several occasions and am happy to say their service is consistently outstanding. Steph & Justin have assisted where possible to the best of their abilities on every occasion. I have a Real estate background & now work in the Social housing arena, and deal with many real estate agencies, in comparison these guys are next level.

Its a well known fact in Australia that trying to find a good property agent is not easy to find. Most I have found to only interested in getting as many tenant as possible and then making minimum effort to provide the quality of service that is basically expected. While others don't provide honest advertising on the state of the property in terms of photographic evidence with photos being more than 3 years old. In a modern society people have only expected a honest standard of living and not have to battle there way through a tendency agreement. Therefore, I was only interested in finding a property that I wanted rent and live in for a duration that was required and put up with who ever was managing that property. I was not expecting to have a pleasant experience while living in one of Professionals The Wright Team properties. They have always made an effort to reply to my e-mails and try to fix any of the problems I have raised. The fact that they advertise them self as professionals is something that they have shown to live up to and is a huge relief. I have had many bad experiences with other property agents that go out of their way to not do anything or try every avenues to avoid taking any responsibility. ***UPDATE*** Until recently my rent has set increase after moratorium ends (COVID-19) on March 29th 2021 and further increase after another six months to add insult. I have always kept the best interest of property in mind, however the this has had little effect on the outcome on the rent increase. Despite only living in the property for a year the owner has taken the opportunity to increase the rent out of greed. There was opportunity to be different than the rest and not follow rent a grab. Not that this anything to do with Professionals The Wright Team.
The Wright Team has been helping to manage our properties for almost two years now and they're fantastic. Since the very beginning of working together, they've been extremely helpful, in particular, Natalie our very friendly and helpful property manager.
