If only all businesses ran with the same efficiency and high level of customer service.

Not happy - Credit card fees for Amex were OVER 4% - when raised with the company they defended their position and said they can only improve for new customers, there were a few other service related issues I was willing to overlook, but now as a result of both issues combined and based on this level of customer service I would not recommend them
