Got our home inspected before buying it. Great customer service, quick and responsive. I had to change the inspection appointment a few times but Structerre was very flexible in accommodating my request very quickly. I had a very detailed inspection, suggestions and report from them which was very pleasing. I will use them again. Highly recommended.

If you are reading this review I would suggest you keep looking elsewhere. Completely impractical recommendation for 930. and when I went back to them with the practical solution they wanted to charge that amount again for the recommendation that should have been the one given in the first place. Why do I feel like I have been ripped off.
We had our Site Classification Report, Compaction Test, Engineering and also booked an Engineers Inspection. Smooth process, good service and price.
We use Structerre quite frequently and the service is consistently great. They say they normally require at least 24hours notice for bookings but I have requested tests with a few hours notice and I have been accommodated with either a technician out in the field or someone from the office would call out. With the changeable nature of construction, having this flexibility is fantastic as giving 24 hours notice is not always practical or possible. Highly recommend.
Structerre have been our go-to for materials and compaction testing and site inspections for many years. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services. They have always been extremely willing to work with us on site to achieve the results we need.
Wasted a couple of grand with these clowns. If you are looking for engineering, find someone else. So many mistakes. Disappointed, The 1200 soil classification consisted of a 3 line soil assessment. Vaguest, most expensive soil test I have ever seen (in 30 yrs of farming). We are back to square one with another engineer. If you want generic, straight out of the filing cabinet engineering with no regard for individual locations and design, then you might be happy with these folks. May our mistake be a warning to others.
